Welcome to our sweet spot. Tanette is the proud owner and operator of Nettie's House of Sweets. Tanette has always had a passion for cooking and helping her parents cook when growing up. She recently grew a love for baking and the science of it all in October 2021. A little background on Tanette: She is first a Child of God, a wife, a mom, a cottage baker and a woman in the corporate world. Yes, Tanette works a 9-5 while baking up delicious desserts for her customers. Although self taught, she has taken the steps to fully educate herself on what works and what does not. With that being said, Tanette believes she has mastered great recipes to ensure she gives her customers the taste they were desiring. Her main focus is the taste and flavor of the desserts she provides. Nettie's House of Sweets is a scratch bakery with every cake made from hand which sets up aside from other bakeries. Second to that is her design. With a background in the beauty industry, Tanette pays close attention to detail and the finished product.
